So I've recently gained about 10 kilos and have been looking for some ways to loss these unwanted inches. I have chosen a program that appeals to me the most, so the next couple of months should be VERY interesting.

HI ALL!

Sure! My workmate has been going on and on about sureslim.... she's lost about 45kg on it(which is amazing!... she looks like a totally different person)..

I've looked at other alternatives like Weight Watchers, Lite & Easy, Jenny Craig etc but I was most appealed by the scientific side of SureSlim. I'm pretty sure it borders on the CSIRO diet (but i can be wrong)...

I have a really hectic high stress lifestyle so I really dont want to lose total control of my weight (and essentially my health), so here goes!

Thanks for your support guys :)

Hi Zero. I relate to what you're saying about stress. I think that is essentially the route of my probelm... when stressed I eat, eat, eat. Find it difficult to keep juggling all those balls in the air at once. I have found this forum quite useful. Wish you all the best with your goals.

So today is my first OFFICIAL day on Sureslim.

Definitely feeling a lot lighter and I'm surprised how full its made me, even after my first day. It was a bit of a struggle to get the 2l+ water in my system though. I've found that buying a 750ml Pump bottle and constantly carrying it around with me to meetings and around the office really helps drink all the water, and not grudgingly too!

Looking good guys!

Im really tempted to weigh myself tomorrow, just out of curiosity, even though I know i shouldn't....

Out of sight, out of mind me believes. 8)

hey zero glad all is going well thus far. probably the first week or two the weight you lose will be fluid so you are better off holding off til the end of the week :)

nice going with the water too. i used to drink those pumps as well but now enjoy the aroona bottles as theyre 1 litre so only need to be filled up twice a day :)

Sounds like you have made a good start Zero and it does take a bit of effort to get that water down if you are not used to doing so.

Keep it up and you will see the results you want. :D
