Well, I finally took the plunge and joined a weight loss forum. I've been lurking around for a few days reading different ones, and finally found this one and decided to join coz it's Aussie.
I'm not overweight by any means - 164cm, 57kg, and 24 years old female, but I've had a lot of trouble with yo-yo dieting (bingeing then starving drastically) over the years (have been getting help for this for a number of years now) and just really need some inspiration to stop bingeing. I wouldn't mind losing up to 5 kilos, but really just want to tone up and get control of my eating. I have put on a lot of weight around my belly from a decade of binge eating, and I kinda feel a bit out of control. I haven't been under eating now for a few years, but just bingeing.
So I'm going to make myself accountable here, and am confident that today will be my last ever binge. I CAN DO IT!!!
What's more, I will lose weight the healthy way this time, through diet and exercise, not starvation.
