hi everybody,
lost 20kg in 30 weeks last year then hit a plateau that i cant seem to budge. Any advice?

nice work fattyboombar congrats! all i can suggest is to try and mix things up a bit. sounds like your body is used to everything. maybe change something in your diet and see if that makes a difference, if that doesnt work then change your exercise routine to see if that works. sometimes it just takes a bit of shifting around :) best wishes

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Well done on your weightloss to date you have done a fantastic job.

Plateaus mean your body has gotten used to what you are doing and is no longer responding so you need to change something to shake the body up. Keep it guessing to keep it responding. As Kate suggest change something in your diet or exercise routine. So you can see what is working or not maybe try to only change one thing at a time. Also change in your diet does not necessarily mean eating less, sometimes having low cal days offset with a higher cal day can give your a kick start.

I agree with the others and start mixing it up a bit :)

Congrats on the weightloss that is excellent, yeah what the other's have said change somthing in your diet or change your exercise routine I know what it is like I have been there myself just keep going & dont get to down about it. Welome to the forum fattyboomer
