Hi Everyone,
I've been following this forum for a while, but haven't gotten round to posting so here I go!
I started my weightloss journey at about 67 kilos and have managed to get down to 60. Not a lot to lose I know but I'd like to get down to about 55. I don't have too much of a problem with exercise and run, do tae bo or hockey training most days.
But the eating is a different story!! To lose weight I've been cutting down on carbs but find I get starving at work at about 2pm, then get home and eat anything and everything!! This is one thing that has to change!

Hi Kel and welcome aboard. I'm sure you'll find plenty of tips and advice here for weight loss success. And congrats on the weightloss to date. Sounds like you've made some great progress.

Hello Kel and welcome to the forum.

Maybe keep some healthy snacks on hand for that time of day. I also find if I am hungry when I get home I can eat anything so I tend to have a healthy snack before leaving work and then I can wait until dinner. I generally have a couple of the sandwich size vita-weat 9 grain with some low fat cottage cheese and tomato. This works a treat for me but if you still wanted to cut out the crackers, how about some cut up celery and carrots to go with the cottage cheese.

Well done on your loss so far that is a great effort. Keep it up and all the best on your journey. :D
