Hi I am kel, 26 and i have an eating disorder ( I cant stop eating crap) I have struggled with my weight ever since i was a child, my mum put me on Jenny Craig when i was 8. I went through a stage of anorexia when i was 16 and for the first time in my life i was thin i recovered and got to a healthy weight for my height and stayed that way until i had my daughter at 19 then i ballooned again. 2 years ago i lost 25kgs but have since had another child and now am a size18 weigh 103kgs and am 165cm tall. I signed up a couple of weeks ago but was not ready to make a post. My weight is making me feel really miserable so time to bite the bullet and get some will power. I am looking forward to hearing everyones stories. I am aiming to lose around 30-35kgs so i will be around for a while but you know what they say slow and steady wins the race.

Hi Kel,

You and I have fairly similar weight loss goals, so I look forward to hearing how you are going. I guess I will be around here for a while, too.

I understand how miserable you must have been feeling and you are not alone there. I was distraught when I reached 95kg and could barely fasten my size 16 clothes. The thought of having to shop for plus-size clothes was enough to bring me to tears and I decided something had to be done NOW.

Congratulations to you for making the choice to improve your life and I look forward to hearing how you are getting on.
