Just thought I'd say hi, and introduce myself.
I'm 25 and sadly weigh 115-116 kgs (I have lost 3 in the past few months, so its a start)
I'm finding the motivation (not to mention time to exercise) a bit hard as I am a grad teacher and keep finding myself staying back at school to do extra work. I also basically live alone so cooking healthy is tricky. Anyways after seeing so many success stories, I know I can do it too (fingers crossed anyway)
