Hi Trinity,
Nice to meet you, and welcome to the forum! Good on you for making such a firm decision! I hope to see you around and share in your weight loss journey!

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Hi Trinity, great to have you join us.
Just jump in on any thread.
There are a couple of threads here to list your daily exercise on and daily food on. I find this really helps keep me on track.
We also have a confessional thread so we can fess us what naughty things we've weakened too. I'm glad to say that the more honest I am with my food confessions the less I indulge.

Hi Trinity - I know exactly how you feel. I am 26 and didn't realise how much weight I'd gained until I started feeling tired running around after my almost 2 and 1/2 year old son!

I have 23kg to lose and hope, no WILL, achieve this by June next year, when we are heading to Italy for our best friend's wedding! I can't wait but I will definitely follow the advice given by so many people on this forum, and take it slow, one day at a time. I hope I can lose 1kg per week and will keep everyone posted on my progress. I've am even seriously considering joining the body blitz 12 week challenge.

Best wishes for you goals - we're all here to support each other.

Cheers, Hayley - WA
