I am here! once more i am sick of being a flubby bubby... i am going to start posting again in the diet and excercise posts.. and really try to shift some of my fat... thus far any weightloss i had achieved was from a loss of appetite for awhile.. but im sad tosay my apetite has returned in fine form.

so here i am again...

i think a new ticker is in order.. but a binge ticker, i am going to the movies tonight so it is going to be a challenge not to eat pop corn... :(

Nevermind what happened weight wise in the past, thats what I keep telling myself anyway...I dont know i u read the quote I posted yesterday, but I jsut thought it was fab :)

Im sure the numbers will be going down in no time :) As far as stopping the binges, if I can do it, man anyone can do it! :D It has been the hardest thing in the world for me to overcome, and I really really struggle to beat the urge each minute of each day, but Im upto 5 days so far, which is amazing for me! A new ticker sounds like a great idea, like a new ticker for your new start :) I look forward too seeing more of you around the boards and less of you on the weigh ins :D xxx

hey jo welcome to the group hehe. i am looking forward to seeing your increase in posts around the forum. its hard going to the movies and not giving in to temptation. is there something you can take along with you to eat?
