My name's Deb, and I've been struggling with weight gain over the last two years. I was browsing around the weight loss pages on google when I came across this forum. Don't quite know what I should be doing- can anyone help??[/u][/i]
I want a ticker! Why can't I do it?

hey deb welcome to the group, maybe you can head to the section 'introductions' and intro yourself officially and tell us a bit about yourself. you can join in the challenges and weigh ins if you like as well. we are all about supporting and encouraging people :) id suggest browsing around the forum to get some tips on weightloss and to get the idea of what we are like :)

I've had a bit of trouble working out how to use the forum! How can I create my weight loss profile? Do I just use this screen in the same way? I've just gotten your response by going to my outlook express- how do I find it without using that? Confused! Deb

hey deb when you come to this forum in the top right hand corner you will see a link that says view posts since last visit. that way you can check to see if anyone has responded to your messages and you can see what is new :) go to this page to make a introduction about yourself. you can ask questions there and people are more likely to help you navigate around the forum because you are new :)

your actualy forum profile you can access by going to the top of the page on the forum http://www.weightloss.com.au/forum and clicking on profile there you can write your hobbies, add a ticker graph if you feel like it and you can check the box to say yes or no to receiving an email in your outlook box when you get a message.

sorry if it sounds confusing, i am not much of a computer buff myself! lol. but sing out and im sure someone will help you :)

As I mentioned to you in the pm I sent you I moved this from the 'help' topic to the 'introductions' topic as more of the members will see your post here.

Kate has given you some great tips on getting started. Also have a good look at the home page as there is a load of information and articles to help with getting started on weightloss if you need it.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
