My plan is to just start eating better and not having pizza like i did last night.. I plan to start walking everyday..
I would love to join a gym or some sort of weight lose program but cannot afford it..
What really annoys me is that the scales are going up but my clothes are getting looser...
I think i need to stop getting on the scales cause they just make me sad..

that may be because you are building muscle - which is notoriously heavier than fat. Some people on here don't use scales and use a tape measure (on all kinds of body parts) or their clothes instead, perhaps you could give that a try.

Welcome to the forum Rach, congrat's on the new bubs. I a sahm aswell with 2 children. There is plenty of things that you could do around the home as well as getting out there & walking. Goodluck with your weightloss journey. I would take measurment like butterfly_dawn suggest you might be supprised that you will notice a different in measurments to what the scales are telling you. Dont be so down when the sacles say one thing but you can notice the difference with clothing because the scales can't tell the difference between water fat & muscle tone.
