I've done it before and need to again!

Hi everyone :D My name is Verity and I am 22 years old. As long as I can remember I have been "the fat kid".. When I was 17 I had my gallbladder out due to gallstones and a trapped stone in my bile duct. This was a blessing in disguise as painful as it was, because for some time, I could not digest large amounts of fat without it. This kickstarted a diet regime that turned my life around and I started exercising to strengthen the muscles that were cut into and rehabilitation basically to get my body functioning properly. This was like a drug to me. All I wanted to do was exercise and it became a passion of mine. I started at 79kgs, I'm 5'4.. I got down to 54.8kgs and man I was looking fantastic and fit too. I felt great. This lastest for about a year. It slowly crept back on the more I pushed the boundaries on what foods I thought my body could take. I'd try just a little more chocolate if no discomfort a little more and so on and so on. I realise now that I did not fix the reason I was binge eating, but just fixed the symptom as I know now as I am struggling to keep the weight off. I am currently sitting on 67.5kgs.. I dont want that to get anymore. I want to get back to my heathy 55kgs and remain that way and not have to think about food so much.. Its a constant battle with food and I want to be healthy and energetic again. Since moving out of home with my partner, we get lots of take away we binge in front of the tv and it needs to stop. And I really need support and I thought maybe I'd find it here :D
So that is my story and I hope to read all of yours too!
