Welcome Kyles, its always great to have new members among us. Very nice to hear about your succesful weight loss program, i think it should personally give you greater confidence as you've been able to put so much weight off in the past, where as some of us have not... simply put, it means that you've done it before, you can do it again
. There are constant discussions and as Dolly previously posted, diaries for keeping track of day to day activities, personally i find this part the best as it allows me to share what iv done but also lets me look back to see if i'v been following a healthy pattern in eating and doing enough exercise for the week.
As always, there are discussions available and if you have questions, someone within the forum may be able to answer if for you, it's a very supportive group here and hopefully you'll decide to share some stories, or just sit back and read
