hey everyone
iv joined the forum for a bit of motivation.
after quitting smoking, eating unhealthily and realising i probably drink to much alcohol, iv put on a few kilos in just a few months.
my goals are to eat healthy foods, cut down alcohol intake, and increase my exercise.
just wanted to say hi! and i'll probably see u round the forum :)

Hello Emmy and welcome aboard.

Looks like you have a good plan there and a combination of those things should help you to take control of your weight. It can creep up so easily on us it's there before you know it.

Im also new and similar to yourself have been eating crappy foods, drinking too much alcohol and the weight has suddenly crept up on me.

Definately wanting to get back to what i was a few months ago.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
