Hi everyone, my name is Erin, and I've finally made the decision to lose weight... I'm 29yo, and don't want to be this fat on my 30th birthday next year....

I started counting WW points on Thursday (not going to meetings). My weight on Thursday was 109.4kg :oops: and this morning was 107.1kg.

I plan to lose weight by tracking my WW points, walking & cycling. I currently don't have a gym membership, so this is going to have to do until I save some pennies!

Looking forward to getting to know you all a bit better.

hi erin welcome to the group :) i am sure you will find lots of support here and it sounds like you are on the right track with the ww point counting and the planned exercise. best wishes and sing out if you need anything :)

Hi Erin and welcome to the forum! Sounds like a good plan to start with. Keep in mind that a gym membership is not necessary to get good exercise (although some people work better that way), so if you don't have the money, you can still do it!!!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
