Hi everyone, my name is Erin, and I've finally made the decision to lose weight... I'm 29yo, and don't want to be this fat on my 30th birthday next year....
I started counting WW points on Thursday (not going to meetings). My weight on Thursday was 109.4kg
and this morning was 107.1kg.
I plan to lose weight by tracking my WW points, walking & cycling. I currently don't have a gym membership, so this is going to have to do until I save some pennies!
