Hello everyone im new here and i thought id introduce myself. Im trying to get down to my weight before i had 2 kids (which was 59kg). I started at 74kg and am down to 64kg so im going ok. I have joined the gym and am back into my gym junkie ways But will probaly ask ALOT of advice on nutrition etc
Welcome to the forum Nat, I have 2 kids aswell & can be a bit of a gym junkie I love it because it's that little break from the kids & get to do somthing that I love to do & exercise at the same time. Goodluck with your weightloss.
