After months of browsing the forum, picking tid bits of information (and generally not putting it to use
) in the process I have finally decided to register!
Quick intro : I am a 23 year old Male from Sydney. I have always been overweight, but not as much as now - I have put so much on that I am scared of jumping on the scales
Last month I did this thing where I denied myself all processed/oily/fatty foods yet ate a healty amount (mostly grilled chicken breasts, steaks, vegetables, fruits, etc) but last week i ordered a pizza, oops.
Anyhow, in the last week I have had an overflow of motivation to get myself into shape and good health, I know usually these last only a matter of days (we've ALL been there), so I want to strike while the iron is hot
Anyhow, this is where I shall begin my journey to happiness and good health, and where it will end, I don't really know where to begin so I'll just start walking everywhere
