Hi I'm a newbie

Postby carlton » Wed Jan 04, 2006 10:05 am

Hi, I've just found this site.

I'm 37 and live with my boyfriend. I've so far lost about 16 kilos and I have about 35 kilos more to lose. I am following weight watchers.

I'm hoping you all can provide further help and support. I'd really like to get to goal by the end of this year.

Hi Carlton,

Congratulations, a fantastic weight loss so far. Weight Watchers is wonderful, it's a lifestyle change not a diet and boy does this make all the difference.

I know you weigh in weekly for Weight Watchers but if you need extra motivation there is a January Challenge - who loses the most weight in January is the winner - I think you get to see your name in lights (I'm a newbie so I'm not quite sure how it works) - it can be found under the heading 'Weigh In'.

Everyone is so friendly and supportive here, you'll definitely get the extra support you are looking for.
