I have joined hoping that if I make my weight loss goals public I will succeed this time.
I am a 30 yr old mum of 3. Ages 4,3 and 11 months. I put on 30kg with the first pregnancy and have never got back to where I was.
I tend to be an emotional eater, especially in the evenings when everyone is asleep. I lead a really busy life and I don't make time to exercise. This has to change.
I am hoping to get lots of motivation and hints from reading everyones posts.
