Hi everyone,
I have joined hoping that if I make my weight loss goals public I will succeed this time.
I am a 30 yr old mum of 3. Ages 4,3 and 11 months. I put on 30kg with the first pregnancy and have never got back to where I was.
I tend to be an emotional eater, especially in the evenings when everyone is asleep. I lead a really busy life and I don't make time to exercise. This has to change.
I am hoping to get lots of motivation and hints from reading everyones posts.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you. :D

I used to walk everywhere. Have only been driving a car for the last 18 months. I had a double stroller and me and the boys went everywhere on foot. I got my license and started driving everywhere during the last pregnancy due to a re-occuring pelvic ligament strain, Doc said to take it easy. My fitness went downhill so fast and now it is such a daunting task to get back to the gym as I get worn out quickly. Just need to get back into the habit and I think it will be a lot easier as I used to love working out.

Hi Jo and welcome to the group.

Even if you started walking again if you are able to would be a good start. Walking will always be such good exercise and as you get fitter you can get faster at it and give your heart a good workout too.

All the best on your weightloss journey. :D

Hi Jo and welcome aboard. Don't worry about your fitness not being where it was. I've been a yo-yo runner for years and while it seems like it's really easy to lose your fitness, I reckon it's almost as easy to get it back. In just a short time you'll be loving it again :) The human body is a marvellous thing!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

hi Jo and welcome!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
