hey everyone,

been reading here for a couple of days and everyone seems so lovely and encouraging so i thought i would join :)

i'm currently a full time student, studying a triple major at uni, so it gets pretty stressful sometimes!
i wanna get a gorgeous bikini for summer, and hopeflly a flat stomach ;) i've lost 17.5kg by myself but still want to lose about 12.5 more by mid november. it's just a lot more difficult now! also, i hate exercising cos it's so boring lol.

Hi matchbox and welcome! A triple major?! wow. No wonder exercise is boring for you - your life must be go go go all the time!! :D Good news is there is exercise out there for everyone. I used to hate exercise and still think going to the gym and things like that are boring as hell - I can't exercise for the sake of exercising - so I've incorporated 2hrs of riding to and from uni into my days! And i love it.
I look forward to sharing your successes!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)

Hello matchbox and welcome to the group.

Well done on your loss to date that is a fantastic effort.

Exercise really does help with weightloss but also it is so good for your health. Perhaps find something you enjoy and that way you will be more likely to stick with it.

All the best on your journey. :D
