My name is Rachel, I am 22 and been married for 1yr and 4mths.
My current weight is somewhere in the 80s (kg) and that sucks!
Before I got married I was in the 60s (kg).
So I have joined up for support! I am really bad at motivation, and that doesn't help my husband cos we rely on each other for motivation ha ha.
I aim to get back down to say 65kgs but I know it will be tough, for me.
As of tomorrow, Monday the 27th of August 2007, I am changing my lifestyle.
I am going to work out each morning for 40 mins (treadmill/bike) and start eating smaller and healthier meals.
So hopefully, *this* time it will work. I feel quite motivated at the moment, but....will that last.
Any posts of encouragement, or tips would be great.
