Hi james and welcome to the forum! There are a handful of men on here, though you are right, the forum is mostly populated by girls/women/ladies. That doesn't make you any less welcome though!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Hello James and welcome to the group.

There are a few blokes on here and Yogi and Dave are two that are on most days, you can find them in the progress thread under “What’s for Breakfast” and “Dave’s Progress”. Feel free to join in wherever you are comfy.

Best of luck on your weightloss journey. :D

yep I'm pretty proud of having got rid of 35, but I've had 4 creep back on that I need to get under control - 9kg to go before goal now. But it has been hard work and you learn a lot about yourself on the way!

Hi and welcome James,

I'm new too, but it seems like a very motivational and uplifting place to be. Continue coming and hope to see you around.

Hiya James - great to have another guy on board. There are a few here in addition to Yogi and Dave, such as Sparky and Donk and AdelaideGuy. None of us are here to judge - just support and help each other. You'll have to put up with a few girly rants from time to time, but stick around and we'll back you 100% :)
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
