I'm new at this! I have just started walking 40mins per day (i think it's about 4km?) and needing to lose 19kgs so i am healthy again.
As of Monday, i decided I am going to walk every day. So far so good.. I need some motivation though!! so i can keep it up...
My wedding is in 4 weeks so that is keeping me motivated also!!!
If I can lose 4kgs in the next 4 weeks then my wedding dress will fit even better
I am only eating when hungry and trying not to eat any 'naughty' foods! I have been on/off/on/off a shake diet and I'm a bit tired of doing that too. Trying to eat healthy like salads and veges...
