how are you? a big welcome from all of us
I am 22 and also work a 9hr day so from 6am-6pm i am busy hehe
sometimes i struggle to get on the treddy too, but lately i have found that listening to my ipod, to songs with a good beat, has really motivated me. The time seems to fly by when i am walking to the beat of some upbeat songs
also i vision myself the size i want to be and how i want to look and knowing that with every step i am making my way closer to that, it makes me happy and i put more effort into it
I started on here last week myself, and after reading heaps of posts and changing the way i eat and exercise, i have already lost 2.3kgs
which has me over the moon.
This forum is great for when you are starting out on the weightloss journey

its great to know, and i can see how you really want this too, to lose weight
thats the first step really isnt it, to really want it and work towards beginning the whole process
