im here for the first time to get the support i need to lose weight i have just started xenical and im hoping this works i am at the biggest i have ever been and need your help to kick my butt into gear and ill gladly return the favour lol.
the biggest i got to the last time i decided to go on a little weight loss journey i was 108 kgs after the birth of my son i cut out almost all carbs and went to the gym for 30 mins 5 days a week,
i ate suasages egg whites bacon salami cheese u name a fatty food and i ate it but also incorporated salad and fruit and was so surprised that the weight fell off me it actually worked!
in 5 months i had gone from 108 to 73 kgs but this time im finding it harder i dont have a car and find it hard to get to a gym and
with 3 kiddies its hard to cut the carbs they are so easy to get your hands on eg.
school chips muesli bars etc so im trying xenical with a reduced carb diet and just normal excersise like housework walking and any aerobics i catch on tv its all worth something right? anyway ill let you all know how i go and see if it works also i might catch a tip or two off you guys
