Hey everyone!! my name is Bear!! I started on my first weight loss attempt when I was 21 and horrified to have to buy size 16, as I neared my goal weight I fell pregnant! THat was 8 years ago and 4 kids later!! So I've been busy!! After my last baby( 21months ago) I decided to get my body back!!! I think I blew out to a size 20, the biggest I've ever been!! THat was 84kgs a week before christmas 06, I have dropped to 60.5 but have been started climbing back up the scales by overeating to 63.5. Hoping to lose the weight I regained and maybe a few more!! My hubby thinks I'm a gym junkie!! I love doing the pump and body attack classes, I torture myself with the Cycle classes ( They always kill me). Does anyone else like the gym???

Welcome bear to the forum.. Congratulation's on the weightloss. I'm a bit of a gyym junkie myself I love doing weight's, spin class, boxing & don't mind doing pump and body attack classes aswell. Goodluck with your weightloss journey :D

hey welcome to the group bear. sorry i dont go to the gym im a sahm and cant afford it! my daughter is 21 months in 3 days :) best wishes for achieving your weightloss goals and sing out if you need anything :)

Hi bear and welcome to the forum! I'm not a gym person, but I love cycling!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Hello Bear and welcome to the forum.

I love the gym too but only use it during the week, although don't do classes much. You can get back to your goal weight, just clean up your eating, even if only during the week and you should find that helps.

Hiya Bear :) I'm a total gym junkie! Even became a Personal Trainer because of my obsession! :P Haha! I love the classes - Body Combat, RPM, Body Pump, Step... not a huge fan of Attack but I'll do if it there's nothing else on! What's your favourite?
