Hello, new here. I found this forum from the main website, through google.
I used to be one of those people that could eat absolutely anything and not put on weight, with no exercise. Over the last year or so, my diet has got worse and I've stacked on a few extra kilos. In fact, I put on 15 in about a year, some of which is good since I got some muscle and I was underweight before, but some is bad. So yeah, looking for a bit of motivation and some tips to lose a bit but keep the muscles, and I thought this forum might be a good place to start.
