Hi there, my name is Jenny and I am thinking about joining the Ultralite Program - again!! I did "do" Ultralite this time last year, didn't stick religiously to it, but lost 12 kgs in about 10 weeks. BUT, I have since put it all back on again. As I have the Ultralite books already, I thought that I would try the "diet" again, but WITHOUT the sachets. Does any body know if this is a bad idea for any reason - not to have the sachets?? I am currently 94 kilos and would dearly love to lose at leat 14 kgs god help me.

Look forward to hearing from you all, Jenny :D

hey jay welcome to the forum :)

all i can suggest is to trial it for a few days and see how you go. i dont know much about the programme but if it includes exercise and healthy eating then you are on the right track. if it is not for you then you will know in how you are feeling so you can stop :)

Hello and welcome!!!!

I don't know anything about Ultralite ......sorry. I do believe different things work for different people cause we are not all made of the same blueprint. If it works for you then GREAT!

I tried heaps of things but the thing that helped me to lose weight was calorie counting, exercise and drinking water.

Sorry a wishy washy answer....... okay, I did not really give you an answer. I guess what I am trying to say is that I agree with kate_turner2000....... keep trying and find something that works for you. I only found what works for me by trying new approaches to weight loss. :D

I look forward to reading your success story.

See you around the boards. :D

Hi Jenny and welcome! I also don't know much about Ultralite, but it can't hurt to try surely!! At the very least you will learn that it didn't work for you and you can move on to something else
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
