guess what? another mandy!
sorry its taken awhile to get round to the introduction thing...work, life....been busy revamping it all...there were times i could have jumped online to get things up to speed here, but i kept chosing to workout instead - its a newly developed habit that still sounds weird being part of the vocab
after 17weeks of taking part in a self inflicted 10,000 step challenge (50,000 steps minimum a week - most of it was made up of strolling, coincidental steppage n being geeky enuff to put it into an excel spreadsheet), the fitness levels have gone up to the 'next phase'
nope, dont fully know what that is so i'm just making sure i get in a daily minimum of a 20-30min workout (stretches, crunches, 5km exercise biking n another set of stretching n crunching) plus 30mins - 1hr walking each day until i do!
still early days for a long journey ahead....22kgs @ least n a change of lifestyle...oh yeh n the salads part (doc's orders) yuck! think its gonna be a long one, 'ey?!
for those who want another person to travel with on ur own journey, i'll try keep things posted to the progress section
