Hi everyone,

I'm new to this site and I am SOOOO happy to have found it. I need all the help I can get. A little about me:

I have twin boys who are 14 mths old and I gained abit of weight throughout my pregnancy :wink: I turn 30 this year and I want to start my thirties looking fabulous :lol:

I started eating 'right' Sept 2004 I was 121kg and I have since lost 15kg, so I'm now 106kg. My goal weight is 65-68kg. I have hit a plateu where I'm not really watching what I'm eating but at the same time I am, if you know what I mean, so I need that extra nudge, motivation ans support. I can't wait to meet others and going through this journey together.

Hi Vicky, welcome to the forum, this is definately the place to be if you want to lose body fat.
Congratulations on losing all that weight so far.

welcome to the board it's so good to have you here. I've reached my goal and have set a new one (I've lost 25.1kg) but stick around to support everyone here by posting from time to time.
I have a nearly 6 month old girl and have really benefited from the support the ladies of this board have given me.

You can use the daily food and exercise parts of the board to record what you eat and how much exercise you do.

Hi Vicky and welcome to the forum! Congratumations on all the weight you have lost so far! That's a fantastic effort! You will difinitely recieve all the support you need from this forum. It might help to become involved in the food and exercise diaries so that you know exactly what you are doing and eating. Maybe that could help you identify somewhere that you could improve to help shift you off that plateau!!!

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
