Yeah I have been dieting for two weeks now and needed some advise and see how other people where doing, thats when i come across this site. :D

Slowly but surely we will all get there and have smiles on our faces from ear to ear!

Heya, I know what you mean. I've never really been into junk food in general, but when I'm feeling down about my weight I tend to call pizza hut and go to TOWN. Also choclate, chips, ice cream... anything I can vaccum up :lol:

Anyhow, I havent been here for so long, but in the time I've been on this forum I've changed my mindset as a result of the positivity, advice and support you'll find here.

yay, i lost 2 kgs..

i know it's not much.. but i've only been watching my food, trying to have 3 main meals with healthy snacks in between.. haven't started working out yet..

i am kinda scared of starting.. cuz i've worked out before, the longest i have was 4 months and i stopped after that.. so, i dnt wanna stop... so,, am trying to lose some kilos before i start the real work... i wanna be lighter while working out..

maybe it's just mental, but i've been having knee pains lately, hence the panic I had when I saw my weight at 125 kg..

sooo,, if i keep losing weight without working out, i will do that.. untill i stop losing weight, then i think i'll start working out..

i don't know,, i am playing this by ear and seeing how things go..!!

Hey Rory went a checked out your blog. When you get down to your goal weight you are going to look AWESOME! That virtual thing is a great idea for motivating people. Good luck and keep us posted about your progress... And remember have the SALAD not the hamburger :wink:
