So tell me why I can't eat doughnuts? Oh, thats right....

hey guys,

I'm looking to lose a bit of weight, nothing too excessive to start with, just going to give it a go!

Hope to lose 5 kilos at first and then see how I go from there.

I am starting off at 71 kilos and I'd love to be at least 65, ultimately around 60. But I don't know if thats possible for my body type!

I am 27 years old so no longer a spring chicken.

Well, I'm off to have a read around the site :)

Hi Kittie and welcome to the forum!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Hey there,
im also around the same age and it seems the older you get the quicker the weight creeps up on you. Well i hope you do well, my first goal was also 5 kilo's but I have lost the 5 in the past 3 weeks so really happy with that and now the more I lose the more I want so im staying focused and looking to lose another 5. It gets easier as you go along.
I will succeed!! I really can do it!!
