Postby Nic » Wed Oct 03, 2007 11:11 am

phew, talk about putting a lot of pressure on myself!!!

Unfortunately this is not my first introduction on the board, i tried a few months ago but lost focus and motivation!!
this time i am trying something different - lite n' easy! i'm on breakfast, lunch, dinner monday - friday. i tried the 7 day menu but it's way too difficult to do it on the weekends.

has anyone done lite n easy? had any success?

thanks,
nic

Hi,

I did a similar program with Jenny Craig ... worked a marvel on me! But I did the 7 day program .. if you can resonably watch what you eat the other 4 days, you should see results very soon. I went from 64 kgs to 54 kgs in about 5 months time. If you can stick to it, it will definitely work! All the best this time around :)

Welcome back! Hopefully you have learned something from your last attempt that will help you be more successful this time!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I'm working as a consultant at Jenny Craig at the moment. So, if you need any help at all feel free to contact me.

Lite and easy and Jenny Craig are similar options - except for Jenny Craig offers one on one consultations every week. Support is necessary for success... Which is why I myself have turned to this forum.

Best wishes on your weight loss journey.

Hi Nic and welcome to the group.

I did lite n easy and thought it was fantastic...provided you stick with it. It is not for everyone though.

I lost around 18kgs on lite n easy then the remainder on my own using a food plan based on the sort of food they have.

PM me if you want any more info.

All the best on your weightloss journey. :D
