Hi Julie and welcome to the forum!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

:) Hi everyone, Yeah your right KarinAnne the people are friendly you can actually smile at someone without them thinking your going to mug them . Your not wrong Kate it does get hot and very cold we are still having -2 temps over night we are usually about anywhere between 5 & 8 degrees hotter or colder than Sydney weather, a friend of mine who lives in St-marys said they were having a really hot day there last summer she said it was 38 and I told her yes that was hot she asked me what the temp was were I was and I told her it was hot too 45 so in the summer I,m mostly indoors near the aircon . Anyway I,m having a good day started off with some muesli and skim milk, I have lost a kg this week so feel pretty darn good. You all take care bye for now..JULS, PS.. OH hey help6363 I want to hear about your progress to.
