Hello another newbie!

Hi Everyone,

I've been reading through this forum for a few days and thought it might be a good idea to join and put my goals down in writing. I've been a regular gym goer for a couple of years now and have managed to lose 7kg at one stage but always seem to hit a brick wall by getting a virus, cold or injury which puts be back and I usually end up putting a couple of kilos on. It takes me about a month to lose a kilo and two days to put it back on :x Seeing other members tickers is something I find very inspiring and motivating. I am hoping by reading other peoples journeys I might be able to reach my goal.

hi JacksMum and welcome to the forum! weight loss is all about consistent effort, even when you have setbacks - so hopefully you can learn from your previous setbacks and learn for this time around! :D
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

seeing tickers that are heaps far down makes me feel really hopeful thati can do this too:) we need to get some!
