I've been reading through this forum for a few days and thought it might be a good idea to join and put my goals down in writing. I've been a regular gym goer for a couple of years now and have managed to lose 7kg at one stage but always seem to hit a brick wall by getting a virus, cold or injury which puts be back and I usually end up putting a couple of kilos on. It takes me about a month to lose a kilo and two days to put it back on
Seeing other members tickers is something I find very inspiring and motivating. I am hoping by reading other peoples journeys I might be able to reach my goal.
