im nat and im new!
71 kilograms.
i'd like to get to 66 and then down to 64 and so on till im comfortably 60 kilograms.
i hope everyone has had or is having a good day.
so excited to have people to come to when i need support.

question: What is everyones reasons for losing weight. Like apart from being healthy and fit etc. Any weddings or exterior reasons?

Hi nat, welcome to the forum! Great goals by the way!

many people on here have lots of differnt reasons to lose weight. Some people have children that they want to set a good example to, some just want to improve their health, some have specific health problems, some have work reasons (eg milliatary) some have weddings/reunions/other events they want to look fab at.

I'm on this journey because I wanted to be healthier and not have achy joints and puff when walking on a slight incline and not have to worry about anaesthetic if I ever had surgery, or worry about blood pressure and diabetes. And I wanted to be able to keep up with my bloke on walks and go the places he goes!! I am now engaged, so that's a bonus I guess, but it wasn't my main motivator
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

welcome natalee to the forum :) best wishes for your weightloss. sing out if you need anything :) my reasons for weightloss would put you to sleep as the list is so long. but to put it simply i am 22 and a mother of one and i have polycystic ovarian syndrone. i just want to live a prosperous life with my family and extend my family :) plus ive been engaged for over 3 years so theres gunna be a wedding at some stage!

congratulations both on engagements.
i hope both of you can lose the desired weight/fat and keep up with the blokes on ur walks:) maybe even running soon? I'd like to buildm y fitness and be able to run 10-15 mins without stopping and then build it up to 1/2 hour.

i can run between two power poles!! does that count? lol. im sure you will be able to achieve your goal natalee, you are getting healthier and with that your fitness will improve!!

My reasons for losing weight? Just to look good...... shallow, aren't I? :lol:
