Well I'm new to this site and thought I would intorduce myslef

So my story... over the last few years I have periodically had problems with my weight due to injuries and not being able to exercise... my diet is usually shocking but I usually so enough exercise to not gain weight. I have been back exercising now injury free for 7 months now.
I got married in June and had to loose a lot of weight as I wouldn't fit my dress if I didn't (bought my dress before my last injury). I lost most of the weight I put on during the time I was injured but now since the wedding I have lost all my motivation... that was till this morning when I jumped on the scales and nearly cried... I'm the heaviest I have ever been

Well I'm now super motivated to loose the weight and thought it might be nice and helpful to me to join a forum for a bit of support so that I don't fall off the wagon.
