I am hoping to shift all this extra weight I have been lugging around for three very long years now. Would like to make some drastic changes before xmas time. Hoping to loose 15kgs by then. I have made HUGE changed to my diet and have been sticking to it so far, and am going to make use of my gym membership. I really feel motivated for the first time ever!!

I think the most important thing when it comes to your weightloss journey is to set yourself up for something you can maintain in the long term so you don't ruin all your hard work and put it all back on... and then some! So I just hope your dietary changes are something you can live with forever?

I'm usually a person who does loose weight pretty fast, so I am hoping I can do 15kgs before xmas. I have done 15kgs in a month before, that was being abit silly though
My diet changes are definetly something I can stick to, I was just eating WAYYYY too much food, I'm a total emotional eater.

Good luck with your goal I wish you well if you stay motivated you can acheive anything...... Just dont let the bad weeks get you down I had a bad week last week and was a bit down as I only lost 0.4 but then decided to work hard and fix it this week so I weighed in today and to my suprise I lost 1.5kg for the week so I was very excited!!! So I believe the biggest thing is motivation I could of easily given up last week but decided to just give it my all and it worked!!!
P.S I've lost 6.9kg in 5 weeks so im sure you can do it!!!
