Hi, im 26 and sick of feeling fat and frumpy, particularly now its coming into summertime. Im a size 16-18 and have had my ups and downs from a size 10 to a size 20 (after having a baby). I have PCOS, which I dont like to hide behind as an excuse, if anything, it should make me more motivated to lead a healthy lifestyle.
I know I eat when I am stressed. Particularly drinking coke.. as soon as I have had a tense day, I could easily drink 1.25 litre in no time at all.
I would like to lose weight, get back down to a size 12-14 which will probably need to be a good 20-30kg
I dont want to rush things, I just need to feel better about myself.
I have a loving partner who claims I am gorgeous etc, but you have to feel it inside yourself to believe it..
So this site seems like an excellent place to speak to other people in the same situation.. it works with the children, so why not with the weight loss
