I've been a member here for a while and was doing great with my weight loss, but the wheels have fallen off in a BIG way and I am pretty much back to where I started.
I haven't been around the forum for ages but I'm back and I'm going to make a serious effort to lose some weight and get in shape for the holidays coming up (too soon - yikes!). I look forward to getting inspiration and support here again and hopefully inspiring and supporting others too.
I suppose we all have our reasons for being in the shape that we are. For me it's that I was always skinny and could eat whatever I wanted without any problems. I bounced back straight away after having my two kids and all was fine until I hit my 30's. By then a lifetime of bad eating habits caught up with me and I'm really struggling to eat healthily and exercise. It goes ok for a while and then I revert back to my old habits. Anyway I'm going to stay positive and hopefully this time will pay off (and stay off!).
