I pledge to stay chip free today.
I pledge to stay chocolate and junk food free
I pledge to breathe in when I am out and about and stand tall
I pledge to drink 2ltr water today.
I pledge to think slim and visualise myself as slim and every time i see clothes size 8 imagine I can fit into them. remind myself.

tomorrow from when I get up, I pledge to not eat any more bread until the weekend, I promise to drink 3 bottles of water or more. I promise to drink protein shakes and one meal. I pledge to go to the gym in the morning for 45- hr + . I pledge to write down what I am eating.

I pledge that i will eat every 4hours for the hours that i am awake.

I will start with protein for every meal. I will eat more vegies and berries nuts.

I will have at least 3 meals and 2 snacks for a full day.

I will drink 2LTS water daily at least.

I will not eat bread, pasta, rice, sugar.

I will go to the gym at least 30 mins per day for at least 5 days a week.

I can drink 1 day a week.. and eat choc 1 day a week...


I will be 57kg by December 6th. I will eat clean and not cheat. I will write down everything that I eat

hehe thanks :oops: i've still got a bit to go but it's definately worth it - very rewarding! slowly slowly i guess :wink:

I promise NO MORE CHOCOLATE until my "free" day on sunday.. and that means no more right now.. as its past midnight!!
NO MORE JUNK until Sunday- if i feel like it i will have some.

I pledge to have no more than 1200 cals per day until sunday.

I pledege to drink more water

I pledge to continue with my regular exercise.

I pledege to aim to eat more salad and vegies.
