What do you promise to do today to help lose weight?

I WILL go for a 20 min run everyday
I WILL not eat more than 2 slices of bread
I WILL NOT have suger or butter

This is my pledge that has to last for 2 weeks, so I will finish on November 17th.

I can do it :D

good luck. I am sure you will be able to do it! low bread is a hard one.. no sugar and butter is great who needs trans fats or extra sugar anyway.. sweet enough! lol
