Busy busy busy! Signed up at the gym, and had a look around, but no time for a workout.. *sigh*. Definitely will do one tomorrow (have an appointment to get assessed and stuff).

Didn't drink my water either, forgot to take a bottle with me :(

Well, I walked 20 minutes home from the train station, and I worked out for a bit at the gym (one set of everything, and a warm up) as my trainer went through my program. That was about 15 minutes worth I think. So overall, more than 30 minutes :)

Under my calories today! :D

On my last bottle of water! Off to watch a DVD with Joel, so I will get through the water on the couch :)

YAYYYY!!! Back to a three star day!!!!!

Total: 3 stars today!
Tally: 22/33

Chelle - we watched "Run Lola Run", it was really good, if a little weird :)

Yesterday wasn't the greatest.. went out for lunch, and beers.. went over calories, and didn't drink enough water.

Did do a fair bit of walking around though, 20 minutes down for lunch then back and then walking around, so made my 30 minutes exercise.

Run Lola Run is a random German movie, its about 10 years old.

Don't worry about the birth Chelle, it (apparently) gets easier each time :) By the third, it should just pop on out.. right? hehehe

No stars.. Had BBQ dinner with too much potato salad and red wine, so over calories (not by much though).

Didn't get enough water in, was distracted by wine and diet coke.

No time for exercise - had to work, and it was too frickin hot!

Tomorrow though - back on track. Hitting up the gym, no excuses! My mp3 player shat itself, but luckily my new phone can play music and dad had a spare set of nokia headphones, so I will be right :)

unseasonally overcast here on sunny Queensland, haven't been able to take the kids swimming all week but we take a dip in the spa of an evening, the waterjets soothe the aching muscles
