Wish I had a spa! Oh well..

Stinking hot today in Perth! Drank about 3L so far and I'm still going :)

Under my 1800 cals... and I'm not eating anything else for the evening so it will stay that way!

And I went to the gym and stuff, did about 45 mins exercise all up.. yay!

Total: 3 stars today!

Not as hot today, but still humid! Drank my water, and then some :)

I'm not quite sure what happened, but I ate wayyy under my calories today. Something to do with spending the afternoon at the gym, not at home snacking while watching TV, I suspect! Made it under 1800 easily!

Went to the gym and did my weights workout (about half an hour) then got on the cross trainer for 20 minutes... plus, I walked around town for an hour and a half looking for bluetooth headphones! Lots of exercise today...

This is two three star days in a row!

Had my grad dinner tonight. Definitely didn't stay under calories, had a big piece of mud cake for dessert... however, I had just found out that I passed my exam and now I'm a doctor, so I figured I deserved it!

Drank my water

Went to the gym

Stupid cold.

No exercise.

Ate over cals (just) - managed to resist mud cake in the fridge at Joel's house, but was too weak to resist the icecream at my house!

Drank my water though, one good thing about being sick and dehydrated, must have drank nearly 3L today!

Total: 1 star today
Tally: 32/51


Don't expect anything big tomorrow - got a champagne breakfast in the morning, then my little dedication ceremony (like a graduation ceremony, but not..) in the afternoon and drinks after that... so unlikely to earn stars! But I'll be back into it on Saturday, heading to the gym for a big session!

Yeah... yikes, been a few days!

Friday - 1 star, drank water.. otherwise was too busy for exercise and drank too much champers for calorie limit!

Saturday - woke up pretty sick still in the morning so no gym.. *sigh* i stuck to my calorie limit though :) and drank my water, 2 stars.

Sunday - wedding of my cousin! had a FIVE course meal! over cals, no time for exercise.. drank my water though, 1 star.

will post about today later, but it's looking alright...

Okay, end of the day..

Have half a bottle of water to go to make 2L, so I will drink that before bed - 1 star

Didn't get time to exercise - gave Joel my cold and I had to take him to the doctor to get a medical certificate and stuff...

Ate under 1800 cal :D

Still no gym.. Joel was off sick again today and I had a lot to do. But tomorrow, I have made plans to go first thing in the morning, so I will be right back on track :D
