Today was a MUCH better day!

Water - well over 2L

Food - 7 measly cals over but if you take the exercise into account, I'm way under, so I'm calling that a win :P What's with the 7 cals thing? I eat totally differently every day..hmm

Exercise - went to the gym first thing this morning for my weights routine and 20 mins on the cross trainer - about 1 hour 10 mins there all up!

Hokay.

Hot day, drank way more than 2L!

Had a pretty good day food-wise - spent the day with friends. We went to Subway for lunch, they all had delicious looking meatball subs and I got a healthy turkey one :) They also brought cupcakes over and I didn't eat one! I'm so proud :)

However, ended up at 1806.. that's better than 7 cals over.. and that counts damnit! one star! COME ON, 6 cals!?!

No time for exercising,, unless you count playing cards and boardgames all day!

No exercise. Shush. Will go to the gym tomorrow, it's all planned out for a big session (two classes, Combat and Pump)!

Drank my 2L of water (working on the last drops now..)

UNDER calories! By like 70! More than makes up for those 6/7cal over days...

Yesterday:
Well.. I did my 2 hours at the gym! Yay! That's a BIG star!

Drank my 2L of water...

Went over calories though, as it was our anniversary and we had a fancy dinner (and I had a cocktail, a glass of wine, and later, two glasses of champagne! and we shared a choccie bar!). I didn't go TOO overboard though (no dessert) but I had a great time!

Total: 2 stars yesterday
Tally: 49/78

Will update about today later!

Yesterday - was busy doing lots of things... didn't drink my water, eat under calories, OR do exercise. Doh!

Today:

Drank 2L (just finishing it off now)

Cleaned the house - including scrubbing floors on hands and knees for a good two hours - and yes, I can count it because I basically never clean (at home we have a cleaning lady but at Joel's house today I was the cleaning lady).. so that's exercise for sure - I was heaps puffed afterwards!

Ate well under calories :) Yay!

Total: 3 stars today!!

Went out for lunch AND dinner - wine was involved - and half a brownie for dessert - so over calories!

No time for exercising, too much socialising!

Drank my water though, that's something!

Again, way too busy today to exercise!

BUT, also too busy to eat much so I was way under calories (by like.. 400!) :)

And I drank my 2L of water :)

Off to Melbourne tomorrow and it will be too hard to count stars, so I'm just going to try and be generally good... and will put the stars on "hiatus" until next Tuesday!
