I PLEDGE TO INCLUDE MORE CALCIUM IN MY DIET.
I PLEDGE TO DO MORE EXERCISE INCLUED MORE WALKING.
I PLEDGE TO STAY ON POINTS AND NOT GO OVER.
I PLEDGE NOT TO EAT EMPTY CALORIES.

With everything crossed and many prayers I will keep these promises if I cheat I,m only cheating myself.

Well my pledges are going OK so far I,ve put more calcium in my deit I have started eating yogurt with my Brekki or lunch.
I have started to include more exercise I went for a 2km walk yesterday I have bursitis in my hip and leg so for me this was an accomplishment.
I am keeping to my points I fill up on veggies so I don,t feel hungry so it is easy to stay on track so far so good.
And I am not eating any empty calories, if I,m tempted I have a glass of iced water or brush my teeth or grab some celery and carrot sticks to nibble on until the cravings are gone.

well done. they are good pledges. I think I will incorporate the points and extra vegies in too..

2kg weight loss is good.. keep moving and eating well. I am tomorrow what I eat today.. before each meal thats what I say..

Well I,m keeping to my pledges girls and I have another 2 to add.

STOP TAKING OTHER PEOPLES STUFF ON BOARD IT IS THEIR S..T NOT MINE.

AND LEARN TO SAY NO, NOT TO JUST FOOD BUT OTHER THINGS AS WELL.

I,m a bit stressed today but not for long I don,t stay down for to long I usually blow of steam then I,m 8) :lol:.
