I had a bit of a bad day yesterday snack wise. I didn't eat anything too bad, but ate too many afternoon snacks nonetheless.
So today my pledge is to refocus on food as a fuel and to eat only when my body needs it, or every 3 hours to maintain my blood sugar and metabolic rate.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
