New Pledge - watch less tv

So I thought I needed a new pledge, this week's aim is to cut back on my tv time.

I have a habit of flopping on the couch when I get home from work and even if there is nothing that I want to watch it's like a magnet that won't let me go. I read a study a while ago that showed that your metabolism actually slows down while you're watching tv.
So I'm throwing in the tv for some more productive activities such as working out.

I pledge to not watch any tv this week after work except for The Biggest Loser on Friday night.
First Mini Goal - 95 kilos: Done; Second Mini Goal - 90 kilos
SW: 102.8
CW: 93.8
GW: 56 -- reward = walking tour of Italy (my dream)
