Hi y'all

Sooooo, I have been reading everybody's star challenge threads, and think it is a fantastic idea. Hey, my daughter has a reward chart for toilet training, so why not me :lol:

Everyday I pledge:

1. Stick within my points limit (of 22)
2. Drink 2 litres of water
3. Eat 2 fruit and 5 veg

Now, when I say challenge, I mean challenge, cause I particularly struggle with number 3. So I need extra good motivation and this is it!

For each pledge I m eet, I get a butterfly sticker in my diary :wink:

Wish me luck :)

best wishes!!! when i toilet train my daughter which isnt far off ill be calling on you for help!! lol

good on you flutterby! I actually got the idea from the charts paediatricians use to help kids stop bedwetting... it works on adults too, lol! :)

Oops :oops: Only two butterfly stickers for me yesterday.

I stuck to my points, and had all of my water. But only 1 serve of veges yesterday, not 5. I knew I would struggle with that one. My excuse is that I didn't want to go shopping yesterday, so I made do with some frozen veges, with rissoles for dinner.

Shopping today though, so hopefully a better day tomorrow.

Two out of Three ain't bad though :D
