BAD news to report I'm afraid... about 1am this morning had a run-in with my stash of frozen home-made (by my mum) quiche. I had TWO pieces (would have had more, but there was only two pieces left
) PLUS a rather large piece of tofu. That's made a nice 3000kJ dent in my budget for today
Still not weighed myself, probably just as well!!!
Determined to make up for it today. I'll sleep well tonight after all the excercise I'm planning
I've already done 55 mins cardio this morning
I'll *hopefully* be walking for 30 mins at lunchtime (please let it not be too hot!!)
And another two 20 min sessions tonight, before I can FINALLY have a shower hahahaha
