Actually, re-starting this as of last night :)

Daily stars are for:
2L of water consumed throughout the day
30 minutes of exercise (or more)
Net daily calories under 1800 cal (gross under 2000 cal)


So I'll be aiming at 3/3 every day!

Yesterday:
Not a GREAT start, but I had my PT session so got my exercise in :)

Total: 1 star yesterday

My rewards are going to be weight based - I think every 5kg so first goal is 115kg.

I might have to come up with some rewards for stars though.. will see! I want to get my percentage up in the 80s so maybe when I can maintain that I will give myself some kinda reward :D

Yeah, last night ended in fish and chips and wine at a friend's place, BUT I drank the water during the day and I did about 3 hours of walking around the shops!

Hooray, my first three star day!

Saved up my calories so I could have dinner out, but I still chose a healthy option (risotto - not creamy sauce though!) so I came in under my calorie goal :)

Drank my water too, and I went to the gym this morning.

Total: 3 stars today!

Okay..

Sunday: drank my water, no exercise, over calories - don't ask. 1/3.

Monday (NYE): over calories due to ALCOHOL! drank my water though and we walked home from the train station in the wee hours, and we'd gone for a little walk during the party, so I reckon I just made 30 mins! 2/3.

Tuesday (NYD): Didn't count calories... didn't drink enough water... didn't exercise... bad start to the year! 0/3.

No exercise - hot day and I lazed about reading the new book I got for Christmas :)

BUT I ate well under my calories (like.. only 1600!) and I am on my last glass of water, so that's two stars!

PT tomorrow!
